Mission Overview

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital solutions on time and within budget. You will manage complex projects from inception to completion while ensuring client satisfaction.

Primary Objectives

  Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for digital initiatives

  Define project scope, goals, and deliverables

  Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

  Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA)

  Communicate project status to stakeholders and clients

  Identify and mitigate project risks

  Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

  Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, retrospectives, planning)

System Prerequisites

• 4+ years of experience in project management
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience managing software development projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday)
• PMP or Agile certification preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
